Semi Permanent After Hours [THE PHOTO POST] #406

I got to meet up with some of the New York crew while I was in Auckland - just like old times. Except, we were in Auckland. And the trashy dive bar we ended up in wasn't in the East Village, and it wasn't called Continental it was called something else which I'm told I should not disclose because I will be judged for, like, ever. But yeah, this is what went down. p.s you might notice Haylie of New York Manifesto fame (for those that have been reading this since we started the webseries back in January 2012). Also please excuse the solo pout party I was having in every photo I think I was trying to channel a Kardashian (forgive me) and it just came out all desperate Dory.

Semi Permanent is one of the most inspiring conferences I've been to lately. A few things that really stood out;

1. COLLABORATE,
2. FAIL & THEN FAIL SOME MORE. 
3. BE WEIRD. STAY WEIRD.
4. Kelly Thompson is the (wo)MAN!
5. SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST SHIT AT SPEAKING. Cool ideas but just shit at speaking.

Instead of writing a blogpost I thought I'd let you LOL at my maze of notes.
