The Weekly Wrap - Laugh At Me Not With Me #399

1. I went fence jumping in Cairns to get the above photos. I'm obsessed with graffiti. 

2. Also extremely obsessed with Icona Pop. Don't judge me. I want to be friends with these two. They're so cool. Like you know those people who are just like effortlessly cool? Yeah them.  

3.  Embarrassed to say I had a whimper-ish cry to this song. Oh Celine. It was one of those days. I crack myself up.

4. Pretty proud of New Zealand for being forward thinking. You know what I'm talking about.

5. I am beyond ready to get back to like real life. You may have noticed I'm sort of hiding up here at the top of Australia. Sure I'm working, but it's more like a time out. Sometimes you just have to do that - take time to sort your ass out! I did, now I'm good. I was going to go back to New York in a week but I have decided against it. The whole Boston situation really makes you think, do I really need to travel halfway across the world right now? No, not really. As long as North Korea decides they don't want to inflict the apocalypse then I'm sure New York will still be there in a month or two or three.

6. I've had so many complex conversations this week that my brain is due for some mind numbing banter about the Kardashians. Serious.

7. I drank a bottle of cider the other night, and because it's still super hot up here (like 30 degrees), I spewed almost immediately. Funny thing was I tried to make it to the garden, obviously I missed and scattered chunks of sushi over the bonnet of my car. Sorry, too much information - I know. Deal with it.

8. Lorde, Lorde, Lorde. She's magic isn't she? Also, if you're into keeping up with what's next in music, particularly NZ music, then check out Watercolours aka Chelsea Jade. She's cool. Like as cool as those pink and blue sherbert lollipops - yeah, that cool.
