Published Fashion Stuff & Brooklyn Living #68

Aside my craptastic week this has been the most exciting article to write. I love writing about Kiwi's who are doing amazing things! I profiled a few others that are also here in New York doing big things. Check out what I had to say about Isaac Hindin Miller (isaaclikes.com), Gala Darling (Galadarling.com), Zara Mirkin, Luke Harwood (Stolen Girlfriends Club), & Karen Walker. Click here for the full article.  And also check out page 23 for my social media funnies.
Instead of being all negative about my week that was I have some splendid things that have happened:

  • I have somewhere to stay in Brooklyn. Snaps for not being homeless.
  • My i-pod was 'found' and returned to me. It had some rasta music put on it so it obviously wasn't 'found' but I'm glad to have it back.
  • The guy at Starbucks charged me $2.00 for my White Choc Mocha. I said "Are you serious?!" he said "Yes. I am serious. Keep moving." I smiled and carried on. Thank you sir!
  • Someone I don't know sent me a lovely email saying they liked my blog. I wont call you out but thank you mam.
  • I have a really exciting collaboration coming up with an art collective. Can't give too much away yet but I'm excited to say the least.
  • My jeans don't fit me. I don't know if that's such a good thing because I loved those jeans. Chino's time.
  • The woman I'm staying with now has really cool artwork on her walls. Which is totally awesome. And she dresses like she came from an aerobics class in the 90's. Not to mention she likes to put up flawless self portait photos of well...herself. Love it.
And I'm out.
Peace, Morgs
p.s If you ever come to New York don't try and move your suitcase on the subway. Take a cab. Trust me.
