1. To much avail I did not manage to write all my articles by Sunday. It's going to be a busy Monday.
2. I was sent some incredibly nice emails from some wonderful people. Thank you! I'm in the process of replying.
3. I was asked if I could feature a certain jewelry line on my blog in exchange for freebies and sufficient compensation. I was flattered to say the least. Unfortunately the brand didn't really fit with my aesthetic. Sorry guys. I was proud of myself for turning something down that could have perhaps been profitable but out of principle I declined. I promise if I ever feature anything it will on my own account and because I really love it.
4. Hosted a mexican fiesta party that was nothing short of fun-tastic. It involved me rapping a whole lot of Jay-Z. Holla!
5. Took a leisurely stroll over the Brooklyn Bridge as the sun was setting.
6. Obtained my first sunburn of summer. The last time I witnessed the full wrath of summer it was January 2011. Yes that's how long it's been since I've seen real sun.

and last but certainly not least...

8. NANA GOT SKYPE! I don't know how awesome your grandparents are but mine never cease to amaze me. Nana once asked if she should get twitter. True story.
