If you watch Sex and the City you will know it's set in New York. Carrie Bradshaw 'lives' in a cozy brownstone house in the West Village. The glitz and glamour of her seemingly normal city girl life is more than easy to get lost in. However, Carrie fails to show us that the West Village can be more than girls that cannot walk in high heels. Don't get me wrong I love the West Village but sometimes it's a little too pretentious. Any whom, this morning as I was walking home I passed at least 3 people sitting on their stoops playing guitars and/or having epic sing-a-longs. It was like that moment when you're watching a movie and then everyone all of a sudden turns into a professional singer.
