If you haven't watched Oprah's Lifeclass/Next Chapter/Masterclass I highly recommend it. In a day and age where the purpose of religion is becoming skewed and lost Oprah fills this void. Maybe religion isn't a void for some; but not everyone is Nietzsche and sometimes it helps to believe in something bigger than yourself.
Check out this episode of LC it's my favourite. My friend and I were having a deep and meaningful (I imagine you all just rolled you eyes. F***ing females) just before and we were talking about Oprah's influence on us. Even though we weren't avid watchers we still both had 'Oprah lessons' we had applied to our lives in someway. We came to the conclusion that Oprah isn't someone that tells you things you don't know. Instead she reminds you of things you perhaps already knew but didn't know how to apply your life.
Oprah is O for awesome.
