DubPies is this kiwi pie place in Brooklyn. I'd been craving a mince and cheese pie so I thought I'd try my luck. I ended up getting a lamington also (fattie). But sorry DubPies that mince was average. I thought I was eating pigeon meat (my grandad made us try it when we were younger, don't ask). Anyway, the lamington was great. I felt at home for a second there. Sweeeet.
A weird New York habit I've developed is riding the subway to weird places. I refuse to get on any train that does not cross the Manhattan or Williamsburg bridge. I'm obsessed. That's one of my subway stops above. Such awesome locations for photo shoots. It would be so cool if Maaike did their autumn/winter collection here.
Side note: Grandparents are home safe. Thank you Dunedin students for containing yourselves over the past few weeks.
And I'm out.
Peace, Morgs
