So I tried to make guacamole today, from scratch (I specialize in 2 minute noodles only). I must say I have pretty good avocado instincts because this was some good guacamole. Either that or guacamole is really easy to make (I see you laughing, shut yo face). This is my guide to making the best damn guacamole ever!
Separate 1 avocado in half. Preferably with a knife.
Hit the big seed thing until it comes out and flies across the room.
Slice the avocado into sections whilst still in skin. Don't push the knife too hard or you will cut your finger. Grr.
Put some Eminem on and Lose Yourself in some mashing. Use a fork. And a bowl that's 20 times bigger than you anticipate your end product to be.
Add some diced tomato. I didn't do that part so I can't provide any assistance except for: don't cut yourself.
Squeeze some lemon in.
Add multigrain tortilla chips because lets face it Doritos are for fatties and we don't want to go there, do we?
And add side of tabouli salad.
